Espresso coffee is known for its visual look, focused on the coffee cream, which is the main indicative to recognize a correct elaboration of the espresso.

Here there are some characteristics of the machine's proper functioning:

1. The ground coffee is placed in the filter container, and then the container is putted in the machine.

2. After turning on the machine, if the coffee is well grounded, we will obtain good quality coffee after 20-30 minutes.

3. You can know the coffee is good because of the presence of coffee cream. This cream has to be 5-6mm thickness and a hazelnut like brown color.

4. The grinder's importance, either its cleaning and its preservation.

5. The water's pressure has to be at 9 atmospheres and 92ºC temperature.
